DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Please note that customs or import duties and taxes may apply depending on where you live in the world.
DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
Yes, local provincial taxes apply. As we are proudly based in Toronto, Ontario, if you are outside Canada, please be aware that import duty or sales tax may be applied by your local authorities.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in North America will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly using the below form and we’ll take you through the process.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
