POSH PolyCrystal Gel was started with a vision to revolutionize and change an entire industry while never losing focus on the individual needs of the everyday woman.

We seek to create a new way forward in the nail world by combining the very best of the existing systems of acrylic and gel but leaving their drawbacks behind. The affordability of acrylic, but without the brittleness. The durability and performance of gel, but without the price tag. All in a new odorless system that takes a fraction of the time and money and can be done in the comfort of your own home. Lighter, stronger, healthier for your nails, quicker and easier to apply, plus it's more affordable than going to the salon - what's there not to love? Perfect for the busy moms out there, or the women that have long work days and just want to relax and do their own nails, their way, at home. 

The Founder and CEO, Victoria, has been obsessed with beauty products since she was a little girl playing dress up with her mom's clothes and make-up. She founded this company with the belief that all of us have the unique ability to express our individuality beyond just the clothes and jewelry we wear, but also through our nail designs. 

It’d be a very dull world if everyone did their nails the same way, right?

Victoria has always considered herself to be a strong, independent woman and her dream is to give women everywhere the ability to take control of their own individuality and to confidently stride into the world knowing that even if they woke up looking a mess, with POSH, their nails will always look like a million dollars.
